We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 60 days of your order for a full refund of the product price. You do not need to return the bottles, and there are no forms to fill out.

How to request a refund

Email info@peremis.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once an order has shipped it is covered by the 60-day guarantee above.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost.
